PAPER LANTERN

You will need:

• A piece of colored paper
• Scissors
• Scotch/sticky tape

What to do:

1. Fold a piece of colored paper in half. If your paper is only colored on one side, fold it so that the colored side is visible.
   
2. Cut a series of slits perpendicular to the folded edge (as shown below).

   Folded edge
   
3. Unfold the paper and form the lantern by sticking the left edge of the paper to the right edge of the paper using scotch/sticky tape.
